Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Market4U (“the Service”), operated by Ecremmoce (“we”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Market4U is a marketing automation tool that uses AI to generate text, images, and short-form videos for e-commerce sellers, and that publishes those assets to the third-party channels (Shopee, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and similar) the user has explicitly connected.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate company and contact information.
• One organization may have multiple member users; the organization is jointly responsible for member activity.

3. Connected Channels

• By connecting a channel (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) you authorize Market4U to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant during the OAuth flow.
• Channel-specific terms (TikTok Developer Terms, Meta Platform Terms, YouTube API Services Terms, Shopee Open Platform Terms, etc.) continue to apply. You are responsible for compliance with each platform’s policies for content you publish.
• You may disconnect any channel at any time from the Settings → Channels page; tokens are deleted immediately.

4. Content Ownership & Responsibility

• You retain ownership of source product data you import.
• You are the publisher of record for AI-generated content you choose to publish. You are responsible for reviewing output for accuracy, lawfulness, and platform-appropriate language before publication. Many channels (e.g., TikTok DRAFT mode) require explicit human review before posting; we recommend that workflow.
• You must not use the Service to generate or publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, harmful to minors, or in violation of any connected channel’s policies.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated text, images, and videos may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended associations. The Service does not guarantee correctness, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose. You should review AI output before relying on it commercially.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure.
• Use the Service to publish spam, malware, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service without our written consent.

7. Fees & Billing

Subscription tiers, included quotas, and overage rates are described on the pricing page. Fees are billed in advance for each subscription period and are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or to protect the Service or third parties. You may terminate at any time by contacting support; data deletion follows the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
